General Rates

The following three general non-retainer rates apply to services provided on a project basis (i.e. on an occasional basis to non-retainer clients):

Retainer Rates

Retainer agreements are available and encouraged for clients who will be using A2Z services on a regular basis. These clients pay discounted hourly rates. The level of discount is determined by the  work we will be performing for you each month.

Retainer clients pay for services in advance and agree to automatic monthly payments.

We receive and exchange work in   several ways:

Walk-in
Mail
Fax
Email
Courier

 

 

Outstanding balances 15 days past date of invoice will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.

There will be a $30.00 insufficient funds fee for any checks returned.

Payment Terms

 

Payment for all work is due when each job is completed.

 Charges on mailing jobs must  be paid before the day we take the mail to the post office. All supplies must be paid in advance.

Customers requesting continued services, or those who anticipate using our services on a weekly or monthly basis, may request an account to be billed on a weekly or monthly basis.

You may pay by cash, check, VISA or MasterCard.  We accept ATM cards if they display a VISA or Mastercard symbol and they will be processed as a credit card payment..

We reserve the right to request a pre-paid. Included in pre-paid are first-time customers, and customers that have had previous payment problems.

Referral Program
A2Z offers a reward for referrals. If you refer others who might be in need of our services, and we gain a new client from your referral. We will give you a credit of 1 hour of services, as a Thank you.
